We are so excited to welcome our Distributors for this year’s Product Training!
This exciting event will provide an opportunity for distributors to expand their knowledge and skills, and to network with other industry professionals. Throughout the seminar, attendees will have the chance to participate in interactive sessions and workshops, designed to help them stay ahead of the curve and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the industry.

Elia Kazan shared the different SpEC product range from Concrete Repair to Adhesives. New products were also introduced
DAY 2
Today, we focused on product applications and product testings to make sure that our customers have the right knowledge and tools to use SpEC products.
DAY 3
To make the most out of the last day of training and to ensure that the participants are fully equipped to provide solutions to customers for their everyday construction issues, we have created tailored workshop activities to:
-Provide them with case studies or scenarios of common construction issues and ask them to come up with possible solutions. Encourage them to think creatively and consider all possible options before selecting the best solution.
-Encourage them to practice active listening and ask open-ended questions to better understand the customer’s needs.
-Encourage them to work in groups and brainstorm solutions to common construction issues. This activity can help build teamwork and collaboration among the participants while also helping them learn from one another.
